Every brief and policy document we produce references current CIDB Construction Industry Standard and relevant circulars. We note where AI-assisted document handling may intersect with CIDB contract administration requirements, and flag anything that warrants review by your QS or contracts manager.
How long does the Site Process Review take?
Typically two working weeks from when we receive access to recent project documents and schedule the initial meetings. The final brief is usually ready within five days after those conversations. We work around your site schedule rather than the other way around.
Do we need to change our current document management system?
No. The RFI & Submittal Drafting Pilot connects to your existing project document register in read-only mode. We do not require you to migrate data, change software, or alter your current filing structure. The assist sits alongside your existing process.
Who confirms the documents before they are issued?
Always a human. The AI drafting assist produces first-pass versions and summary memos, but every document that leaves your office is reviewed and confirmed by your contracts manager or project director. We do not issue anything directly.
What is the minimum firm size for the Stewardship Retainer?
The retainer is designed for firms managing two to twenty live projects at any one time. If you have a single project or are evaluating readiness, the Site Process Review is the more appropriate starting point.
How is our project data handled and kept confidential?
All project documents shared with us are treated as confidential under the engagement agreement. We do not retain your project data beyond the scope of the engagement, and we can discuss a non-disclosure arrangement before any documents change hands.
